Flexo Technology Inc is the original R&D of LaserBlack Enhancing System in the world in 2004 which is a very easy and economic way to make a negative or positive film just from your PC and laser printer by which everybody can have a film ready for plate making which is an image showing on your monitor so simple and quick.
The original concept was from visiting world class exhibitions such as Drupa, Graphexpo, IPEX, IGAS …etc in the past before LaserBlack is invented. We have been involved in graphic arts business since 1974, therefore we can not missed any great graphic arts exhibition in the world since then due to our import business at that time.
By visiting the shows so many times, it make us has an idea that why not to develop something by our own and marketing it over the world through these international shows so that we can not only exhibit but also seeing every show which anyway we have to see the exhibitions in order to find something new for our customers. So we are from a visitor become a exhibitor eventually, and this is the interesting story of how LaserBlack Enhancer was created.
Before this invention of LaserBlack (LaserBlack is now a registered trade make in many countries and most significant is registered in USA), it was only somebody selling solvent to solve toner by hand spreading or coating by a pen so that the quality was very poor and can only do it on a small
tracing paper no possible to do it on a film.
Then, some companies started to sell solvent in a spray, which is not a reasonable way for 80% of the strong solvent go to air although the cost of it is rather cheap, but worst problem is air pollution because most of people in the same area can not stand the smell at all, now a days due to strict regulations in pollution control as well as transportation regulations, enhancement by spray has been prohibited in many countries.
While everybody is trying to find other ways to enhance the toner, our RD team not only created this unique product and call it LaserBlack Enhancer, but also developed a water based solution (LaserBlack Solution) of non toxic, non pollution for the green earth by which every users are
happy to use our LaserBlack System now.
The most rational and scientific product of LaserBlack System is now marketing well in over 30 countries in the world. “If let us say the timing is 5 years earlier before this invention, Laserblack International may become a very big global group for the reason that image setter was not so popular at that time and everybody in printing industry was longing for this product before they purchase an image setter.”
This was told to us by a managing director of a famous laser printer company. Even so, we still presume that about 70% of printing industry can use this system for almost 70% of their daily jobs, the point is that if they have thought of saving time, labor and money for themselves.
