Tigax 2012 in Taipei
Oct. 18-21 2012 we just had a printing exhibition in Taipei – TIGAX, we have to extend our special thanks to our guests come from Thailand , Hong Kong and Japan . In addition to these guests, it is also our great pleasure to talk with visitors face to face from many countries besides the domestic visitors from our home land.
Majority of visitors are focused in LaserBlack enhancer due to photographic film is getting less and expensive which will almost go to an end. For 70-80 % of the jobs from routine work of a printing factory, it is good to use LaserBlack to save time and money, but for the 20-30 % of tough jobs they can rely on the image setter to do the service for them which they usually 100 % depends on the service and have to wait for the delivery or to pick up of the out put films. www.laserblack.net
Another focusing is @flexoBag system which is a hot item during this show for both corrugated printers and plate making trade shops are desiring to have an ideal system to make flexo plates by using no solvent, which means non toxic and good to health to use water wash plate as @flexoBag in stead. In addition to use no solvent, reducing production cost to 50% and quick process with easy access are also the merits of what plate makers are pursuiting. www.flexobag.us
During this show, it gave us more idea of necessity to develop a big brother for LaserBlack which we may name it NanoBlack for we have found that application is quite matured for this Enhancing system in bigger size than A3 (for A3 size is limited by laser printers). A nanotech of black ink for INKJET printers with high resolution and over 4.00 opaque density will be the major roles to fit with all existing spray printers which you are using in order to make good quality negative in sharp reproduction and high black density for flexographic plate exposure especially good for corrugated industry.
